Factory hot start levers are big, cumbersome appendages, poorly positioned near your clutch lever where you will unintentionally engage it while riding. Boyesen has addressed this problem with this new Hot Start Trigger for KTM 4-stroke machines years 2004 - 2007. The Ergonomic design of the trigger lever improves reach and pull. The Cast aluminum lever with a precision ground bushing improves durability when compared to the stock trigger assembly. Replace your plastic lever with this aluminum cast from Boyesen. It also has new precision ground bushing and machined cavity for greater durability. Reengineered with tighter tolerances, and superior fit and finish, for smoother operation.
